The International Review for Eighteenth-Century Studies (IRECS/RIEDS) is calling for thematic issue proposals for issue number 9, to be published in 2025.

The final submission should include from 8 to 12 unpublished articles, in English or French, placed under the responsibility of two editors, as well as a foreword from these editors, discussing the issue’s theme.

The submission must imperatively be pluridisciplinary, and be open to a diversity of schools of thought, nationalities, ages, statuses and genders.

 Interested parties are invited to send:

– a general argument justifying and discussing the theme (1-3 pages approx.),

– a short bibliography,

– a preliminary structure proposal,

– a list of suggested authors.

Detailed proposals should be sent by October 30 2023 at the latest, to the editorial committee: irecs@isecs.org

La Revue Internationale d’Étude du Dix-huitième Siècle (RIEDS/IRECS) lance un appel à propositions pour le Dossier thématique de son n° 9, à paraître en 2025.

Le Dossier final regroupera 8 à 12 articles inédits, en français ou en anglais, placés sous la responsabilité de deux personnes. Il sera introduit par un avant-propos problématisé des responsables.
